  I scheduled an initial appointment for between 10:00 AM and noon on Wednesday. The technician failed to show up by noon. I called and was told the appointment was for Friday. The representative did not apologize or take responsibility, implied that the error was my fault, and was unable to reach any technician to reschedule. I canceled the appointment due to the poor customer service.
