  Good, but occasionally inconsistent, BBQ.
  
  They do Pork Best. The Spare Ribs are excellent. The Pulled Pork is unbelievably good.
  
  Their standard Brisket is hit or miss and their burnt-ends on Wednesday's is sometimes-great and sometimes barely worth eating. When it's good, it's GREAT though.
  
  Service is good. Food arrives quickly (except burgers, which are glacially slow).
  
  Over-all great. Inconsistency takes away the fifth star.
