  If you have insurance, go somewhere else because you will end up paying additional even though your insurance SHOULD cover the visit. I have never had to pay out-of-pocket for a biannual cleaning, until I visited this office. I asked when I called to setup my appointment, and I asked when I was in the waiting room if my insurance was taken and be covered 100%. They assured me yes it would be. They even charged me for services I did not even have done. When I told the Sheena at the front desk I did not have Xrays done, she said "Yes you did." I think I know what I had done at my appointment. Save yourself your money and your hassle and go elsewhere.
  
  When I asked Sheena to go ahead and cancel my next appointment, she said "Of course!" I don't know if this is an approved way of doing business from Dr. Bailey, or if the front desk staff are grossly incompetent and rude.
