  This review is not based on actual staying in the apartment. From outside, Marquis on Cary Parkway look neat, clean, green and beautiful. The entire area is awesome with full of facilities for its residents. It has got a swimming pool so as a children park. However, more play instruments be added to children park. It has got a fountain which makes the entire ambience beautiful. Marquis location is prime as it is located near to village park where apart Target many other stores and many popular restaurants are located. Overall the apartments look reasonably good. However, one must look from the inside and see how comfortable they are? What facilities they have got and above all what is the rent per month.

  I am writing complaint about apt number 1223 up stare my neighbour they are too
  much creating a problem by doing ilegal activity and passing bad words so kindly look forward to my problem...
  
  I am writing complaint about my neighbour they are too much creating a problem by doing ilegal activity and passsing bad words since two months i am handling all these problems. I think they are doing all this for some purpose. Their disturbance forcing me to take harsh action towards them. I don't understand what the problem neighbour have from us. So kindly look forward to my problem...
