  It's difficult to understand how this business has maintained such an excellent rating because the person that answers the phone and schedules appointments (Susan) has such a terrible attitude. She was unnecessarily rude and condescending. If it is difficult for them to schedule a basic personal tax appointment, you know the experience isn't going to magically improve from that point. If it starts negative it's going to end negative. I can't speak for the other reviewers, but I'll just say, take it from a person that has actually written more than one review (both positive and negative). Notice, the majority of these reviews are from people that haven't written other reviews before. It's a facade.
