  We moved from CT to NC and a friend referred us to Nancy Caggia and we were so glad she did! Nancy has a vast knowledge of the Cary-Apex- Holly Springs area and if you have kids, she is up on the best school districts which was key to us. We ended up building (our first time) and Nancy was able to guide us thru the process and actually made it fun...even when things went off course(which is inevitable while building). If you are looking for a good realtor, Nancy Caggia, is the one for you!
